The purpose of this site is to present e-thiX education SAS and the services it offers: e-learning, distance learning and face-to-face training courses in the use of animals for scientific purposes and their alternative methods, as well as a discussion forum and documentary resources.
These GCU govern the terms and conditions under which the site is made available and used by users. Access to the site by the user (consulting the pages or filling in the form) signifies acceptance of these GTU.

The user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable user licence, limited to his or her training needs, for his or her training session only.
To guarantee the security and integrity of the educational content of its e-learning modules, e-thiX education uses technical protection measures against piracy and unauthorised use. Any attempt to circumvent these measures is strictly prohibited and will expose the user to legal sanctions.
The user undertakes not to record, download, capture or redistribute the content of the e-learning modules. The user also undertakes to respect copyright and intellectual property rights and to notify e-thiX education of any violation.
In the event of non-compliance with these conditions by a user, e-thiX education reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the service at any time without prior notice, without any right to compensation. e-thiX education also reserves the right to bring any action against the user for compensation for damages suffered.
