In addition to the training, you will benefit from 3.5 hours of specialised training (session on the agenda) offered in the first year following this training.

Prerequisites
- Master the fundamentals of animal ethics and the responsibilities of an animal carer
- Understand the basic biology of non-human primates and the specific features of their use
- Understand the operating principles of a pet store housing these species
- Master the basic gestures for their maintenance and handling

- Specialised module on non-human primates (27.5h)
Specific biology of non-human primates (ethology, anatomy, physiology), organisation and equipment of animal facilities, maintenance and enrichment techniques, observation of animals, conditioning, pathologies, euthanasia, site visit and observation of minimally invasive procedures.
