Introduction to CSR and the ecological and ethical issues involved, best practices for respecting the environment and animals, economic impact

  • Optional: ½ day practical training (face-to-face only)

Identifying the factors impacting on the environment in a pet store, implementing concrete actions to reduce the ecological footprint and improve sustainability in pet stores, integrating CSR principles into daily practices.
