Learning objectives

  • Define cleaning/disinfection procedures adapted to maintaining the health status of animals
  • Know how to use cleaning/disinfection equipment
  • Identify the appropriate personal protective equipment

Programme

  • ½ day of theoretical input

Hygiene prophylaxis, management of health risks, choice of cleaning/disinfection methods depending on the health status of the animals, controls and validation, protection of personnel

  • Optional: ½ day practical training (face-to-face only)

Good working practices in laundries, good practice in the use of cleaning/disinfecting equipment for premises, accommodation, isolators, etc.
